If you are under the age of 22, you may be required to demonstrate at least two years of current, U.S-licensed driving history and may also be subject to an underage surcharge.

The 77 Rides fleet is strictly non-smoking. Renters and their passengers are not permitted to smoke in any 77 Rides rental cars. 77 Rides takes reports of smoking very seriously. If smoke is detected in a returned vehicle, the renter is subject to a fine of up to $250.

Customers may cancel up to 72 hours before the reservation start date and time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made within 72 hours of the reservation start date and time, 77 Rides will provide an e-credit that can be applied toward future rentals with 77 Rides
